How many balls?

If you had two tubes of different diameters, one inside another, and
you wanted to fill the void with BB pellets, how many do you need to
buy?

Charlie got caught in the rain...

... Although I was franticly packing away tools I did have time to
stop and take a picture of how nicely the water beads up on the new
paint.
(The random apple logo is the reflection of the light opposite in the
shiny apple logo on the back on my phone, just so you know.)

Electrical gremlins...

With the fuel tank back in I thought I would try my luck and see if
she would start... No.
No spark. Lots of fiddling about but got bored and went back to
bolting on shiny bits.

Oops...

As I was filling her back up I spilled a bit of fuel on my tail lights
and they burst into lots of little pieces... I think I'll send them
back.

Fuel tank back in...

... it had about 3 gallons still in it. Seeing as I will have paid
about a pound per litre for it I'm thinking of giving it to a local
museum.

New bumpers...

Another productive day...

Door mirrors, black roof trim, front indicators, grille, surround,
bonnet back on, rally lamps and brackets and bonnet straps!! Good day

Good days work

New arial, headlining and tail lights, although the brake and reverse
lights don't seem to be working... Something for tomorrow I think

Headlining...

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible job, not doing a wonderful job as
the replacement isn't very good and it's bloody hard work. Everything
is covered in contact adhesive. My hand, my clothes, my shiny new
paint and my patients.

Boxes!!!

CTU?

Something a little different this week. One of our clients wants a
24/Matrix send up so the studio is looking very 'reinforced' lately.
Lighting tests today and filming on Thursday. Will keep you posted.

In Hartlepool with Martin

After sorting out our apartment yesterday that gives us the rest of
the week to relax and have a but of fun.
After staying at Martin's sisters last night we got the train back to
Martin's house and went out for the day. After going for a long walk
we ended up in an arcade playing shooting games and playing the penny
slots.
We've just sat down to do a pub quiz with a difference at FLIX which
is a pub come cinema. Mmm... Jalapeño poppers

Student diggs

I've taken the week off work and have come up to Newcastle to sort out
a student flat. After seeing quite a few sh*t holes we saw a property
in an estate agents window and went for a viewing. 4 bed, breakfast
bar, Sky tv, massive American style fridge, French doors, hardwood
floors, leather sofas, quayside views, 5minute walk to uni. Perfect.
All of us are hard grafting Design Engineers. The first steps to a
great final year, great grades, with great mates.
